Ghale Gaun (2100m) is a picturesque mid hill village of Nepal adorned with unparallel scenic beauty and is a home to legendary Gurung warrior.  Ghale Gaun lies in Annapurna Circuit of Lamjung district and ideal rural place to experience the social life of Ghales- their culture, religious, festival, tradition and way of living. Repository of natural grandeur, Ghale Gaun is a true combination of remote lifestyle and scenic beauty. It is approximately 120km north west of Kathmandu and 30 km north east of Pokhara. Ghale Gaun offers the magical view of majestic western Himalayan range including Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, Annapurna II, Annapurna IV, Machhapuchhre, Bouddha Himal, Himalchuli and multiple smaller peak. Apart from majestic view of Himalaya, the great and warm hospitality of people is sure to entice the visitor.

Galegaun is a model village established for promoting and experiencing the typical culture and tradition of Gurung community. Ghale Gaun is a highly preserved region where people still traditional rituals during births, weeding and at other important part of life. Traditional dances like Jhayre, Serka, Dohori, Ghantu and Jhakri are performed during various occasions along with musical instruments and dancers in traditional dresses.

Day 04: Trek to Ghanpokhara (2,200) - 1hour
