Arun valley trek is fully guided camping trek because of its remoteness and unavailability of teahouse. It is mandatory to accompany guide, porter, cook, food and other camping materials during the trek. The ideal season to visit Arun Valley is during February- May and August to December. Arun valley protects abundant flora and fauna that includes snow leopard, wild panda, rare orchid, musk deer, 650 species of birds and 800 species of butterfly.
